Marit Kristine Aasen is a Norwegian photographer based in both Norway and Singapore.

Singapore, with its unique mix of both asian and western cultures and history, has provided a dramatic back drop to her passion for photography.

Fascinated by photography at early childhood Marit stated working at a local photographer at the age of 18, and has then completed a number of photo-courses and workshops both in Norway and Asia.

- Intermediate Photography course at the internationally renowned Objectifs School of Photography and Film-making in Singapore under the tutelage of Kheng Li Wee.

She is also a member of the Photographic Society of Singapore.

Her portfolio includes photography for Corporate projects; websites; studio and outdoor portraiture for individuals, families and social events; lifestyle and travel photography; and fine art photography.

She is available for commissions covering a wide range of subjects from family portraits to corporate projects.
