First of all, thank you for visiting my site and having a look at look at my page and seeing who I am through my art.
My name is Reilly Celum and I was born on November 11,1988 in Mission Viejo, California. Since I was young I have been very influenced by the human body. I have always had in interest in how it twists, turns, grows and changes.
I consider myself a dark artist and writer. Most of my art can be considered grim or grotesque. I do my work though with a love and passion that I hope shines through as I make new worlds, characters and places for you to explore and enjoy.
The first thing to ever make me want to pick up a pencil and draw was when I lived in Uzbekistan in kindergarten. I had no form of entertainment seeing as I had little to read that wasn’t in a foreign language and there was no TV. I actually sat with a few of my Uzbek friends (Barely communicating with one and other) and created video games by drawing background on a piece of paper and then cutting out characters to play as. I can’t count how many times I made variations on the fighting game genre (Street Fighter being a big influence). Creativity needed to come fast when you got NOTHING to do.
As I got older I became more influenced by movies like John Capenter’s The Thing and Chan-wook Park’s Old Boy. Writers like H.P. Lovecraft and George Orwell gave me a lot of influence into my writing as well. Watchmen also captured me in ways that most graphic novels don’t.
I am also starting a Let's Play channel on Youtube where I will be playing games for the fun of it and showing the world games that hopefully some will in turn buy!

I am an aspiring concept artist that also has experience in 3D modeling, texture art and crafting UI/ Menu systems. I graduated from the International Academy of Design & Technology with a Bachelor’s in Fine Arts for Game Production and have a burning passion for making vivid worlds with intriguing characters that inhabit them.

• Art: I can draw and paint both character concepts, scenes for in-game worlds and any variety of items.
• 3D Modeling: I am able to model both organic and inorganic objects and unwrap them.
• Texturing: I can take an unwrapped model and then create a texture for it using Photoshop.
• UI/ HUD: I am able to craft a Menu system and HUD according to the look of the game.
• I work well with a team and get things turned in on time. I am also able to work well under time constraints.
